Instructions:

  • 1Position the barbell on your hips
  • 2Bend your knees and lower your hips
  • 3Drive through your heels to raise your hips
  • 4Hold for a moment at the top, squeezing your glutes
  • 5Slowly lower your hips back down

Tips:

  • Don't arch your back during the exercise
  • Make sure your knees stay in line with your feet
  • Concentrate on squeezing the glutes at the top
  • Engage your core throughout the exercise
