- 2Bend your knees and lower your hips
- 3Drive through your heels to raise your hips
- 4Hold for a moment at the top, squeezing your glutes
- 5Slowly lower your hips back down
Tips:
- Don't arch your back during the exercise
- Make sure your knees stay in line with your feet
- Concentrate on squeezing the glutes at the top
- Engage your core throughout the exercise
