Instructions:

  • 1Place a Bosu ball flat side down on the ground
  • 2Step onto the Bosu ball with one foot
  • 3Push through the foot on the Bosu ball to lift your body up
  • 4While lifting your body, bring the opposite knee as high as you can and twist your body towards the lifted knee
  • 5Return to the starting position and repeat with the other foot

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and chest up during the exercise
  • Perform the movement in a controlled manner
  • Engage your core throughout the movement
  • Breathe out while lifting up and breathe in while stepping down
