
Instructions:
- 1Place a Bosu ball flat side down on the ground
- 2Step onto the Bosu ball with one foot
- 3Push through the foot on the Bosu ball to lift your body up
- 4While lifting your body, bring the opposite knee as high as you can and twist your body towards the lifted knee
- 5Return to the starting position and repeat with the other foot
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and chest up during the exercise
- Perform the movement in a controlled manner
- Engage your core throughout the movement
- Breathe out while lifting up and breathe in while stepping down
