Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Step out at a 45-degree angle with your right foot and lower your body into a lunge
  • 3Return to your original position
  • 4Repeat the movement with your left foot
  • 5Continue to alternate sides for a set amount of time

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Ensure your knee doesn't pass your toes when lunging
  • Breathe in when you lunge and breathe out when you stand up
  • Always maintain a good posture during this exercise
