Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back with your arms stretched out to the sides
  • 2Raise your legs so your hips and knees form a 90-degree angle
  • 3While keeping your legs at the same angle, lower them to one side, move them back to the middle and then lower them to the other side
  • 4Repeat the movement, ensuring your upper body remains flat on the ground
  • 5Continue until you've reached your desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your back flat on the ground throughout the exercise to protect your lower back
  • Center your movement around your core, not your legs
  • Breath out as you lower your legs to each side and breath in as you raise them back to the middle
  • Perform this exercise slowly to maintain balance and control
