
Instructions:
- 1Kneel on the ground with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips
- 2Extend your right leg straight out to the side
- 3Keeping your leg straight, slowly draw large circles in the air with your lifted leg
- 4Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions
- 5Switch legs and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
- Try to keep the motion slow and controlled
- Do not lean too far to any side while performing this exercise
- Keep your leg straight throughout the entire motion
