Instructions:

  • 1Kneel on the ground with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips
  • 2Extend your right leg straight out to the side
  • 3Keeping your leg straight, slowly draw large circles in the air with your lifted leg
  • 4Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions
  • 5Switch legs and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Try to keep the motion slow and controlled
  • Do not lean too far to any side while performing this exercise
  • Keep your leg straight throughout the entire motion
