
Instructions:
- 1Lie down flat on your back on a mat with your arms by your sides
- 2Keep one foot flat on the ground and straighten the other leg towards the ceiling
- 3Point the toes of the raised leg as far as you can
- 4Hold the position for a few seconds
- 5Lower the leg back down and repeat for the other leg
Tips:
- Ensure your back is flat against the ground throughout the exercise
- Concentrate on flexing your calf muscles as you're pointing your toes
- Perform the exercise in a slow and controlled manner
