
Instructions:
- 1Lie face down on the floor and stretch both arms out in front of your body
- 2Simultaneously raise your legs and arms off the floor as if you're flying like Superman
- 3Hold this position for a few seconds
- 4Slowly lower your arms and legs back to the ground, touching the floor lightly
- 5Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your head in a neutral position to avoid straining the neck
- Squeeze your glutes as you lift your limbs off the floor
- Breathe out as you raise your legs and arms, breathe in as you lower them
- Perform the exercise at a slow, controlled pace to improve muscle engagement
