Instructions:

  • 1Lie face down on the floor and stretch both arms out in front of your body
  • 2Simultaneously raise your legs and arms off the floor as if you're flying like Superman
  • 3Hold this position for a few seconds
  • 4Slowly lower your arms and legs back to the ground, touching the floor lightly
  • 5Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your head in a neutral position to avoid straining the neck
  • Squeeze your glutes as you lift your limbs off the floor
  • Breathe out as you raise your legs and arms, breathe in as you lower them
  • Perform the exercise at a slow, controlled pace to improve muscle engagement
