Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides
  • 2Jump out to the side and lift your right leg, while lifting your arms up over your head
  • 3Return to the starting position
  • 4Repeat on the other side, this time lifting your left leg
  • 5Keep alternating sides for the duration of the exercise

Tips:

  • Engage your core throughout the exercise
  • Try to land softly when jumping
  • Keep your lifted leg straight and controlled
  • Ensure your arms are fully extended over your head when jumping
