
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides
- 2Jump out to the side and lift your right leg, while lifting your arms up over your head
- 3Return to the starting position
- 4Repeat on the other side, this time lifting your left leg
- 5Keep alternating sides for the duration of the exercise
Tips:
- Engage your core throughout the exercise
- Try to land softly when jumping
- Keep your lifted leg straight and controlled
- Ensure your arms are fully extended over your head when jumping
