- 3Grab hold of your knee with both hands and hold the squeeze.
- 4Repeat the same movement with your left leg.
- 5Continue alternating between legs.

- Ensure you're not straining or hurting yourself. The stretch should feel good, not painful.
- Breathe normally while doing this stretch.
- Do not use this as a balance exercise. If needed, provide support to yourself by holding onto something stable.
