Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair with the EZ barbell between your ankles.
  • 2Squeeze the barbell with your ankles, and curl your legs upward.
  • 3Lower your legs back down slowly in a controlled fashion.
  • 4Keep your upper body still throughout the movement.
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
  • Use a weight that is challenging but allows you to do the exercise with proper form.
  • Exhale as you lift your legs up, inhale as you lower them.
  • Focus on squeezing your inner thighs together as you curl your legs up.
