
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair with the EZ barbell between your ankles.
- 2Squeeze the barbell with your ankles, and curl your legs upward.
- 3Lower your legs back down slowly in a controlled fashion.
- 4Keep your upper body still throughout the movement.
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
- Use a weight that is challenging but allows you to do the exercise with proper form.
- Exhale as you lift your legs up, inhale as you lower them.
- Focus on squeezing your inner thighs together as you curl your legs up.
