
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the Pulldown machine with a wide grip on the bar, your back straight, and your feet flat on the ground
- 2Pull the bar down towards your upper chest while squeezing your shoulder blades together
- 3Hold for a moment at the bottom of your pull
- 4Slowly lift the bar back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms
- 5Repeat the motion for your desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Focus on using your back muscles rather than pulling with your arms
- Never round your back during the exercise
- Avoid leaning back when pulling the bar down
- Start with light weights and gradually increase as your strength improves
