Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Raise both your arms above your head
  • 3Keeping your palms facing each other, stretch upwards as far as you can
  • 4Lean to one side, aiming to feel a stretch along your side
  • 5Return to center and then lean to the other side

Tips:

  • Keep your body in one plane when you're leaning to the sides
  • Don't rush through the movements
  • Ensure to keep your abdomen engaged throughout the exercise
  • Inhale as you reach up and exhale as you lean to the side
