
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Raise both your arms above your head
- 3Keeping your palms facing each other, stretch upwards as far as you can
- 4Lean to one side, aiming to feel a stretch along your side
- 5Return to center and then lean to the other side
Tips:
- Keep your body in one plane when you're leaning to the sides
- Don't rush through the movements
- Ensure to keep your abdomen engaged throughout the exercise
- Inhale as you reach up and exhale as you lean to the side
