
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Raise your hands straight above your head
- 3Lower your hands straight down in front of you until they reach chest level
- 4Raise your hands straight back up to the starting position
- 5Repeat this motion
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the exercise
- Do not use your back or neck to help lower or raise your hands
- Breathe in when raising hands, breathe out when lowering
- Perform the motion in a controlled manner
