Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Raise your hands straight above your head
  • 3Lower your hands straight down in front of you until they reach chest level
  • 4Raise your hands straight back up to the starting position
  • 5Repeat this motion

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Do not use your back or neck to help lower or raise your hands
  • Breathe in when raising hands, breathe out when lowering
  • Perform the motion in a controlled manner
