Instructions:

  • 1Start in a kneeling position with a dumbbell in front of you
  • 2Grip the dumbbell handle with both hands
  • 3Slowly roll the dumbbell forward, extending your body into a straight position
  • 4Pause briefly, then pull yourself back to the starting position
  • 5Continue the movement for the desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your core tight throughout the movement
  • Make a controlled motion to avoid injury
  • Do not arch your back while rolling out
  • Breathe out as you roll forward, and inhale as you return to starting position
