Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your back with your arms by your sides
  • 2Lift your legs about 6 inches off the ground
  • 3Crisscross your legs by alternatively crossing one over the other
  • 4Continue the switching motion for the desired number of repetitions
  • 5Lower your legs back to the ground

Tips:

  • Squeeze your abs as you lift your legs
  • Avoid arching your lower back
  • Keep your movements controlled rather than using momentum
  • Breathe rhythmically throughout the movement
