- 1Lie on your back with your arms by your sides
- 2Lift your legs about 6 inches off the ground
- 3Crisscross your legs by alternatively crossing one over the other
- 4Continue the switching motion for the desired number of repetitions
- 5Lower your legs back to the ground
Tips:
- Squeeze your abs as you lift your legs
- Avoid arching your lower back
- Keep your movements controlled rather than using momentum
- Breathe rhythmically throughout the movement
