
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ barbell in front of your thighs
- 2Jump slightly and spread your legs apart while lifting the barbell up to your chest
- 3Squeeze shoulder blades back and together
- 4Jump back to the starting position while lowering the barbell
- 5Repeat the motion for a set amount of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement
- Breathe out as you lift the barbell up
- Focus on drawing your shoulder blades together during the squeeze
- Make sure to land softly when jumping back to the starting position
