Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ barbell in front of your thighs
  • 2Jump slightly and spread your legs apart while lifting the barbell up to your chest
  • 3Squeeze shoulder blades back and together
  • 4Jump back to the starting position while lowering the barbell
  • 5Repeat the motion for a set amount of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement
  • Breathe out as you lift the barbell up
  • Focus on drawing your shoulder blades together during the squeeze
  • Make sure to land softly when jumping back to the starting position
