Instructions:

  • 3Swap your foot position by applying force using your calves, glutes, and hamstrings
  • 4Continue the up and down motion maintaining a fluid rhythm
  • 5Maintain your posture, keeping your back straight and chest out throughout the exercise

Tips:

  • Don't lock your knees throughout the exercise
  • Maintain a smooth and controlled motion rather than using momentum
  • Ensure your entire foot is on the pedal throughout the movement
  • Increase the intensity by speeding up the stepping motion
