
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall, reach your arms straight out to the sides
- 2Bend your left elbow to a 90-degree angle
- 3Cross your left elbow over your right elbow
- 4Bend your right elbow so your hands touch each other
- 5Hold this stretch for about 30 seconds and repeat on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your shoulders down and back during the stretch
- Relax and focus on your breathing
- Make sure to stretch both sides evenly
