Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall, reach your arms straight out to the sides
  • 2Bend your left elbow to a 90-degree angle
  • 3Cross your left elbow over your right elbow
  • 4Bend your right elbow so your hands touch each other
  • 5Hold this stretch for about 30 seconds and repeat on the other side

Tips:

  • Keep your shoulders down and back during the stretch
  • Relax and focus on your breathing
  • Make sure to stretch both sides evenly
