Instructions:

  • 1Stand in front of a step or her chosen platform
  • 2Step up onto the platform, pushing through the heel
  • 3Jump up, switching feet in mid-air
  • 4Land on the platform with the opposite foot
  • 5Step back down and repeat with alternating feet

Tips:

  • Keep the core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Try to land lightly on the platform to avoid injury
  • Avoid leaning or hunching over, maintain a straight posture
  • Focus on explosive power during the jump
