Instructions:

  • 1Lay flat on your back with your arms extended behind your head
  • 2Bend your knees and pull them towards your chest
  • 3At the same time, raise your upper body towards your knees
  • 4Touch your knees with your hands then slowly return to the starting position

Tips:

  • Keep your movements slow and controlled
  • Avoid jerking or using momentum to complete the motion
  • Keep your abs engaged throughout the exercise
  • Exhale as you lift your body and inhale as you lower it
