
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Extend your arms out to your sides at shoulder height
- 3With one quick, swift motion twist your torso to one side
- 4Return to the starting position and then twist on the other side
- 5Continue the exercise while flexing your chest muscles during the twisting motion
Tips:
- Keep your posture straight and your core tight
- Avoid twisting your hips, focus mostly on the upper body rotation
- Breathe out while twisting and inhale when returning to the center
- Focus on the contraction of your chest muscles during the twist
