Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Raise one knee up towards your chest
  • 3Slowly move the raised knee to the side of your body and bring it back front
  • 4Lower the knee back down
  • 5Repeat on the other side

Tips:

  • Keep your body upright throughout the exercise
  • Focus on engaging your abs during the knee lifts
  • Perform the movements slowly and controlled
