
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Step out to the side with your left foot, lower into a squat, and simultaneously punch forward with your right fist
- 3Come back to the starting position and repeat the movement on the right side, this time punching with your left fist
- 4Alternate sides for the duration of the exercise
- 5Ensure your movements are smooth and controlled at all times
Tips:
- Maintain a brisk rhythm to keep your heart rate up
- Ensure you're sitting back into your squat, not leaning forward
- Engage your core throughout the entire movement
- Keep your back straight and head up during the exercise
