Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Step out to the side with your left foot, lower into a squat, and simultaneously punch forward with your right fist
  • 3Come back to the starting position and repeat the movement on the right side, this time punching with your left fist
  • 4Alternate sides for the duration of the exercise
  • 5Ensure your movements are smooth and controlled at all times

Tips:

  • Maintain a brisk rhythm to keep your heart rate up
  • Ensure you're sitting back into your squat, not leaning forward
  • Engage your core throughout the entire movement
  • Keep your back straight and head up during the exercise
