
Instructions:
- 1Stand or sit with a weighted bottle in each hand at should level
- 2Raise the bottles above your head until your arms are straight
- 3Lower the bottles back down until at shoulder level
- 4Repeat for the specified number of reps
Tips:
- Try to maintain good posture, with a straight back and tight core
- Don't let your arms go past shoulder level when you're lowering the bottles
- Keep the movements slow and controlled
- Do not use your back or legs to help lift the weights
