Instructions:

  • 1Stand or sit with a weighted bottle in each hand at should level
  • 2Raise the bottles above your head until your arms are straight
  • 3Lower the bottles back down until at shoulder level
  • 4Repeat for the specified number of reps

Tips:

  • Try to maintain good posture, with a straight back and tight core
  • Don't let your arms go past shoulder level when you're lowering the bottles
  • Keep the movements slow and controlled
  • Do not use your back or legs to help lift the weights
