Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with a bottle in each hand, arms fully extended, and palms facing your body.
  • 2Raise the bottles with your arms to the level of your shoulders, keeping your elbows above your hands.
  • 3Hold for a second at the top, then slowly lower the weights back down.
  • 4Repeat this for your desired number of reps.
