Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with a bottle in each hand, arms fully extended, and palms facing your torso.
  • 2Keep your elbows close to your torso at all times.
  • 3Curl the right hand while keeping the left hand to your side.
  • 4Now, lower the right hand and simultaneously curl the left hand.
  • 5Repeat this alternate biceps curl.

Tips:

  • Perform the exercise in a smooth and fluid motion.
  • Don't use your back or shoulders to lift the weights, your arms should do the work.
  • Keep your torso stationary during the exercise.
  • Exhale as you curl the bottle and inhale when going back to initial position.
