
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with a bottle in each hand, arms fully extended, and palms facing your torso.
- 2Keep your elbows close to your torso at all times.
- 3Curl the right hand while keeping the left hand to your side.
- 4Now, lower the right hand and simultaneously curl the left hand.
- 5Repeat this alternate biceps curl.
Tips:
- Perform the exercise in a smooth and fluid motion.
- Don't use your back or shoulders to lift the weights, your arms should do the work.
- Keep your torso stationary during the exercise.
- Exhale as you curl the bottle and inhale when going back to initial position.
