Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight in front of the box with feet hip-width apart
  • 2Bend your knees, swing your arms, and push off the ground to jump onto the center of the box
  • 3Land softly on the box with your knees slightly bent
  • 4Stand up straight then step back down to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the exercise for the prescribed number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Always ensure your whole foot lands on the box
  • Focus on landing as quietly as possible, it indicates a good control
  • Don't rush, focus on the technique rather than speed
  • It's recommended to have a spotter for beginners
