Instructions:
- 1Stand upright while holding a bottle in each hand at arm's length, palms facing your torso. This will be your starting position.
- 2Keeping your upper arms stable, bend at the elbow and extend both hands behind you while contracting the triceps.
- 3Pause briefly at the full extension before lowering the weights back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- 4Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
- 5Do not use your back or shoulders to lift the weights; your forearms should do all the work.
Tips:
- Keep your upper arms close to your body and elbows tucked in.
- Avoid arching your back. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the exercise.
- You can perform this exercise with light weights initially to learn proper form and avoid injury.
- Fully extend your arms for maximum triceps stimulation.
