Instructions:

  • 1Sit on a bench with a bottle at your feet.
  • 2Pick up the bottle with your right arm, keeping your elbow firmly placed on your inner right thigh.
  • 3Curl the bottle towards your chest.
  • 4Lower the bottle in a controlled manner.
  • 5Repeat the motion with your left arm.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
  • Focus on squeezing your biceps at the top of the motion.
  • Avoid using your back or shoulders to lift the bottle.
  • Remember to breathe, inhale while lowering and exhale while curling.
