- 2Pick up the bottle with your right arm, keeping your elbow firmly placed on your inner right thigh.
- 3Curl the bottle towards your chest.
- 4Lower the bottle in a controlled manner.
- 5Repeat the motion with your left arm.
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
- Focus on squeezing your biceps at the top of the motion.
- Avoid using your back or shoulders to lift the bottle.
- Remember to breathe, inhale while lowering and exhale while curling.
