
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the floor with your knees bent and pull in your abs to your spine
- 2Hold the weighted bottle in front of your chest and lean back a few inches while keeping your back straight
- 3Rotating your torso, swing the bottle to the left and the right
- 4Repeat the movement for the desired repetitions each side
- 5Make sure the movement is performed by rotating your torso and not just moving your arms

- Keep your back straight at all times
- Engage your core muscles throughout the exercise
- The more you lean back, the harder the workout will be
- Avoid quick and uncontrolled movements for effectiveness and safety
