Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back on the floor
  • 2Bend your knees and draw them up towards your chest
  • 3At the same time, lift your shoulder blades off the floor
  • 4Lower your legs and shoulders back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the exercise for desired repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your core tightened throughout the exercise
  • Control the movement on the way up and down
  • Exhale as you lift your body and inhale as you lower it
  • Do not strain your neck during the exercise
