Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight holding the bottle in front of you.
  • 2Ensure your knees are only slightly bent, not locked.
  • 3Bend at the hips and lower the bottle without allowing your lower back to round.
  • 4Stand back up to the initial position by pushing your hips forward and standing up straight.
  • 5Repeat the movement.

Tips:

  • Pull your shoulders back and puff your chest out.
  • Maintain a flat back throughout the exercise.
  • Engage your core to maintain balance.
  • Squeeze your Glutes at the top of the movement.
