
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight holding the bottle in front of you.
- 2Ensure your knees are only slightly bent, not locked.
- 3Bend at the hips and lower the bottle without allowing your lower back to round.
- 4Stand back up to the initial position by pushing your hips forward and standing up straight.
- 5Repeat the movement.
Tips:
- Pull your shoulders back and puff your chest out.
- Maintain a flat back throughout the exercise.
- Engage your core to maintain balance.
- Squeeze your Glutes at the top of the movement.
