
Instructions:
- 1Position yourself bent over on your hands and knees in front of the Smith machine
- 2Hook one foot under the bar, with your knee bent
- 3Push your foot upward against the bar, fully extending your hip and knee
- 4Slowly lower your leg back down in a controlled manner
- 5Repeat the exercise with the other leg
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Engage your core for balance
- Do not rush the motion, maintain a slow and steady pace
- Make sure to fully extend your hip and knee in the upwards motion
