Instructions:

  • 1Position yourself bent over on your hands and knees in front of the Smith machine
  • 2Hook one foot under the bar, with your knee bent
  • 3Push your foot upward against the bar, fully extending your hip and knee
  • 4Slowly lower your leg back down in a controlled manner
  • 5Repeat the exercise with the other leg

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Engage your core for balance
  • Do not rush the motion, maintain a slow and steady pace
  • Make sure to fully extend your hip and knee in the upwards motion
