Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent
  • 2Raise your fists to your chin and step forward with your right foot
  • 3Punch with your left hand to the opposite direction of your right foot
  • 4Quickly retract your left hand and step back to the original position
  • 5Repeat this movement, alternating between your left and right foot

Tips:

  • Ensure your punch begins from your shoulder, not your elbow
  • Avoid locking your knees when stepping forward
  • Remember to fully extend your arm when punching
  • Keep your core tight throughout the entire movement
