
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and hands by your side
- 2Take a step forward with your right foot and simultaneously throw a punch with your left hand
- 3Pull your left hand back to its original position and step back to the starting position
- 4Repeat the exercise by stepping forward with your left foot and punching with your right hand
- 5Continue alternating sides for your desired amount of reps or time
Tips:
- Ensure your spine stays straight throughout the movement
- Breathe out while punching and breathe in while getting back to the starting position
- Try to keep your core tight to maintain balance
- Avoid locking your knee when you step forward
