
Instructions:

- 2Extend your arms upwards and grasp the bar with a wide grip
- 3Pull the bar down towards your chest while stepping backwards
- 4Return to the initial position in a controlled manner
- 5Repeat the movement for the desired reps
Tips:
- Engage your core to maintain balance while stepping back
- Focus on using your back muscles and not just your arms to pull down
- Keep your back straight during the exercise
- Breath out as you pull the bar down and breath in on the way back up
