
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart and bend your knees slightly
- 2Extend your arms in front of you parallel to the floor
- 3Step to the side and pull your elbows back while pinching your shoulder blades together
- 4Return to the starting position and repeat action to the other side
- 5Perform the exercise for the desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and head up
- Exhale while you pull and inhale as you return to starting position
- Ensure the movement is slow and controlled to maximize muscle contraction
- Do not allow your hands to stray below shoulder level when pulling back
