
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright with feet hip width apart
- 2Step sideways with one foot while bending the other knee and leaning forward slightly at the waist
- 3Extend your arms straight out in front of you
- 4Pull your elbows back until they are in line with your body
- 5Return to the starting position and repeat with the other side
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Keep your shoulders down and back
- Engage your core to stabilize your body
- Ensure your elbow is aligned with your shoulder at the end of the pull
