Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with feet hip width apart
  • 2Step sideways with one foot while bending the other knee and leaning forward slightly at the waist
  • 3Extend your arms straight out in front of you
  • 4Pull your elbows back until they are in line with your body
  • 5Return to the starting position and repeat with the other side

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Keep your shoulders down and back
  • Engage your core to stabilize your body
  • Ensure your elbow is aligned with your shoulder at the end of the pull
