Instructions:

  • 1Lie face down on the ground with hands apart at shoulder width
  • 2Keep your feet together and use your hands to push your body off the ground
  • 3Lower body until your chest almost touches the floor
  • 4At the apex hold the position for a second, then slowly lower yourself back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the movements

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight during the exercise
  • Breathe in as you lower your body, breathe out as you push back to starting position
  • Engage your core throughout the exercise to help maintain good form
  • Clench your buttocks to help maintain a straight back
