
Instructions:
- 1Lie face down on the ground with hands apart at shoulder width
- 2Keep your feet together and use your hands to push your body off the ground
- 3Lower body until your chest almost touches the floor
- 4At the apex hold the position for a second, then slowly lower yourself back to the starting position
- 5Repeat the movements
Tips:
- Keep your back straight during the exercise
- Breathe in as you lower your body, breathe out as you push back to starting position
- Engage your core throughout the exercise to help maintain good form
- Clench your buttocks to help maintain a straight back
