Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight holding an EZ barbell in both hands at shoulder level
  • 2Press the barbell up above your head
  • 3Bend your elbows, lowering the bar behind your head
  • 4Push the barbell back up until your arms are fully extended
  • 5Return to the starting position

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged
  • Avoid using your back or leaning backwards
  • Exhale as you push the barbell upward
  • Inhale as you lower the barbell behind your head
