
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight holding an EZ barbell in both hands at shoulder level
- 2Press the barbell up above your head
- 3Bend your elbows, lowering the bar behind your head
- 4Push the barbell back up until your arms are fully extended
- 5Return to the starting position
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged
- Avoid using your back or leaning backwards
- Exhale as you push the barbell upward
- Inhale as you lower the barbell behind your head
