
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with arms held out to your sides
- 2Walk forward while kicking your leg up to your opposite hand
- 3Keep your leg straight as you kick it up
- 4Keep alternating legs as you walk across the room
- 5Continue for desired amount of time
Tips:
- Perform the exercise in a controlled manner
- Try to kick higher each time but not to the point of discomfort
- Keep your core tight for balance
- Focus on flexibility not speed
