
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the floor with your knees bent, pull your abs to your spine, and lean back a few inches while keeping your back straight.
- 2Hold your hands at your chest, and twist your torso to the right, then to the left to complete one rep.
- 3The movement should come from your ribs rotating, not from your arms swinging.
- 4Inhale through center and exhale on the twist.
- 5Repeat for the prescribed number of sets and reps.
Tips:
- Engage your core throughout the movement to help maintain balance.
- Avoid rounding your back and keep it straight and strong.
- Rotate from the abdomen, not from the hips.
- For more challenge, lift your feet off the ground.
