
Instructions:

- 3Use your abs to pull your body up and touch your elbows to your knees.
- 4Slowly lower yourself back to the starting position.
- 5Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Tips:
- Keep your movements controlled to engage your abs more.
- Exhale as you sit up and inhale as you lay back down.
- Try to keep your feet fixed on the ground to isolate the abs.
- Avoid pulling with your neck; use your abs to raise your body.
