
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright and step your foot on one end of the band
- 2Hold the other end with one hand and fully extend your arm towards the ground
- 3Curl the band up towards your shoulder, keeping your elbow fixed at your side
- 4Pause at the top of the curl
- 5Return to the starting position and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your upper arm stationary throughout
- Do not use your back or shoulders to lift the band, only your forearm should move
- Perform this exercise slowly and in a controlled motion
- Squeeze your bicep at the top of each movement
