
Instructions:
- 1Start in a high lunge position with your right foot forward
- 2Twist your torso to the right, bringing your left elbow to the outside of your right knee
- 3Press your palms together in prayer position
- 4Hold this position for 5-10 breaths, then release and switch sides
Tips:
- Keep your back leg strong and straight
- Try to stack your shoulders on top of each other
- Pull your heart forward to deepen the twist
- Breathe deeply throughout the pose
