Instructions:

  • 1Kneel on a mat with your right knee and extend your left leg out to the side
  • 2Keep your abs engaged and your back straight
  • 3Rotate your left leg in a circle, keeping the motion controlled
  • 4Repeat the circle motion for the desired number of repetitions
  • 5Switch sides and repeat the exercise with your right leg
