
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet together
- 2Take a step out to the right with your right foot whilst bringing your hands together in front of you
- 3Step your left foot to meet your right as you bring your hands up above your head
- 4Repeat this movement stepping out to the left
Tips:
- Keep your pace steady and rhythmic
- Keep your knees slightly bent throughout the exercise
- Engage your core while moving to work on stability
- Remember to breathe regularly - inhale on the step out, exhale as you come in
