
Instructions:
- 1Sit on a bench with your legs spread apart and a kettlebell on the floor in between your legs
- 2Bend at the waist and grab the kettlebell with your palm facing up
- 3Curl the kettlebell towards your chest while keeping the upper arm stationary
- 4Slowly lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Only your forearm should move during this exercise
- Hold the squeeze at the top of the movement for a second before lowering the kettlebell
- Avoid arching your back or jerking movements
