Instructions:

  • 1Sit on a bench with your legs spread apart and a kettlebell on the floor in between your legs
  • 2Bend at the waist and grab the kettlebell with your palm facing up
  • 3Curl the kettlebell towards your chest while keeping the upper arm stationary
  • 4Slowly lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Only your forearm should move during this exercise
  • Hold the squeeze at the top of the movement for a second before lowering the kettlebell
  • Avoid arching your back or jerking movements
