Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the lever incline fly machine with your back fully supported by the pad
  • 2Grip the handles with your arms spread to the sides
  • 3Bring the handles together in a sweeping arc, ensuring to keep the elbows slightly bent
  • 4Pause for a moment at the top of the movement before lowering the handles back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the movement for the recommended amount of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your chest up and back against the pad during the exercise
  • Do not lock your elbows when bringing the handles together
  • Focus on squeezing the chest at the top of the movement
  • Control the speed, especially while returning to starting position
