
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the lever incline fly machine with your back fully supported by the pad
- 2Grip the handles with your arms spread to the sides
- 3Bring the handles together in a sweeping arc, ensuring to keep the elbows slightly bent
- 4Pause for a moment at the top of the movement before lowering the handles back to the starting position
- 5Repeat the movement for the recommended amount of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your chest up and back against the pad during the exercise
- Do not lock your elbows when bringing the handles together
- Focus on squeezing the chest at the top of the movement
- Control the speed, especially while returning to starting position
