Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the ground with your legs bent, pulling your abs to your spine
  • 2Twist your torso to the right, and then to the left to complete a rep
  • 3When twisting your torso, extend your arm out like a punch
  • 4Rotate from your core not your shoulders
  • 5Speed up the movement for a more intense workout

Tips:

  • Keep your spine straight during the entire exercise
  • Keep your abs tight throughout the movements
  • Balance on your tailbone, this engages the abs more
  • Do not strain your neck, keep it in line with your spine
