
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the ground with your legs bent, pulling your abs to your spine
- 2Twist your torso to the right, and then to the left to complete a rep
- 3When twisting your torso, extend your arm out like a punch
- 4Rotate from your core not your shoulders
- 5Speed up the movement for a more intense workout
Tips:
- Keep your spine straight during the entire exercise
- Keep your abs tight throughout the movements
- Balance on your tailbone, this engages the abs more
- Do not strain your neck, keep it in line with your spine
